“卫生法学与生命伦理国际研讨会”在京召开

由中国卫生法学会承办的“卫生法学与生命伦理国际研讨会”于2014年10月20日至21日在北京国家会议中心召开。会议的主题是：“卫生法学与生命伦理——研究前沿与最新进展”，来自世界各国的200余名代表围绕这一主题进行了研讨交流。研讨内容分为“卫生法学科建设思考及研究”、“医学法学法律问题研究” 、“医药卫生相关产品法律问题研究”、“医学伦理和生命伦理”、“伦理机构理论与实践研究”、“探索和研究中的医学与法学问题”六个模块，在四个分会场同时进行交流。北京卫生法学会推荐的彭天雅、董文勇、施祖东、韩红星等11名代表在会上交流发表了11篇论文。
为了发挥35岁以下青年俊杰才智，会议特别设立了青年论坛，并设立了奖项即：一等奖2名，二等奖3名，三等奖4名。北京卫生法学会会员、北京大学口腔医院医务处施祖东关于《中国药品集中采购制度的变迁》的讲演，得到了大会论文评委的好评，并荣获卫生法学与生命伦理国际研讨会青年论坛三等奖。
International Conference on Health Law and Bioethics
International conference on health law and bioethics, organized by China Health Law Society, held in china national convention center, Beijing, from Octorber,20th to 21st . The theme was “Health law and bioethics- forefront research and update development”. More than 200 participants from all over the world took part in this conference to discuss on the theme. It involved in six main parts: “discipline reflection and research of the health law”, “law studies on Medical and jurisprudence”, “law studies on products related to medical and health”, “medical ethics and bioethics”, “the theory and practice research on ethic” and “Medical and jurisprudence problems in research”. These six parts were discussed in 4 sessions.11 delegates on behalf of Beijing Health Law Society such as Peng Tianya, Dong Wenyong, Shi Zudong, Han Hongxing and so on communicated their 11 papers in sessions.
To give play to the youth’s wits under the age of 35, the young researchers forum was especially established and the award were set up. There were 2 young men for the first prize, 3 young men for the second prize, 4 young men for the third prize. Shi Zudong, a member of Beijing Health Law Society, who works in medical department for Peking University School of Stomatology, gave a speech on “reform on the allocation mode of the identification of criminal investigation”. He was acclaimed for his speech and won the third prize in this forum.
